Water is essential for the maintenance of life. It is the substance that facilitates bonding or cohesion. It lacks a stable form, but is incredibly adaptive. It binds molecules together and is chemical energy, being the universal solvent. Its attribute is flavor and its action is to bind and nourish. It is related to survival and reproduction. It is related to the plant world.
It is the element of nutrition and maintenance. Any type of lubrication and cohesion in the organism is related to this element, being associated with substances other than liquid, unctuous, cold or soft. Body fluids such as blood, lymph, urine, sweat, tears are manifestations of the water element. These substances by these qualities lubricate, moisten, soften, nourish, bind or exude.
